Purpose: Purpose: This project will fully develop and investigate the feasibility of a Distance Mentorship Program, which will use web-based technology to provide high high-quality, individualized mentorship and coaching by combining four technologies into a single package, enabling local teams to address a child and their family's specific needs with the aid of remote experts.

Method: Activities of this project include: (a) designing and developing a combination of video capture, wikis, discussion boards and video conferencing into a single tool; (b) working with local teams with expertise in significant disabilities through data collection, reflection and guided practice to develop a protocol for identifying intervention strategies; and (c) creating child-teacher measures to inform decision making during mentoring and to evaluate the program's overall impact on services and child outcomes.
